HOW IT WORKS
Eligibility: Open to both online and on-site registration.
How to join
- Visit: www.visualartshelpinghands.org/raffle
- Select your preferred artist (not individual pieces)
- The specific artwork will be randomly drawn
Entry Period
- Online: July 6 – July 26, 2025 (until 3:45 PM)
- On-site: July 26, 2:00 – 3:45 PM
Drawing of Raffle will begin at 4 PM, July 26
RAFFLE RULES
Raffle entries will be drawn using an online app that will be projected onstage
Winner must be physically present to win
Winner must appear within 10 seconds of announcement or forfeit and a new name will be drawn
The first artwork drawn under your name is final
A winner cannot pass on an artwork drawn in their name. Choosing to do so will result in disqualification from the succeeding draws.
Proceed to the registration table to confirm with a down payment or to pay
ART COLLECTION/PICK UP
The Foundation does not do deliveries and the collectors must pick up their artworks themselves at the exhibit venue.
Collectors may go in person starting August 9, 10 & 12, 2025, 10:30 AM – 4 PM
Or to authorize a representative to collect:
- Provide signed letter of authorization, a copy of your valid ID (or a photo on representative’s phone may be accepted), and your representative’s ID
- Or send via SMS - text your name and authorization together with the name of your authorized representative, send a photo of your valid id. This info is required for we cannot always ascertain the owner of the phone number. Send text to Cora 0918-572-9050
